About GPM Electrical
When you let an electrician into your home, you are trusting a person, not a logo. GPM Electrical is Nick Foster and a two-person team in Greeneville, Tennessee, and this page is here so you know who is showing up at your door.
Our story
Nick started the company to build a better future for his family and to create more opportunities for them. That is the whole story, and it shapes how he works. Every job is a chance to earn a customer who calls again and tells a neighbor.
He started in business in 2020 and moved into electrical work about two years ago. What he likes most about it is the challenge. Every house has its own surprises, and figuring out what is going on behind a wall or inside an old panel is the part of the job he enjoys.
Who we are
Nick has about seven years of electrical experience when you count high school, trade school, and time working in the field. He has completed more than 100 jobs for homeowners, from panel replacements and mobile home hookups to storm repairs and small fixes that just needed someone to show up.
Nick is a Tennessee limited licensed electrician. A limited license covers residential and smaller-scale work, which is exactly the kind of work GPM Electrical does. We do not take commercial jobs. You may know us as GPM Electrical, or you may have seen the name Grace Property Maintenance in an earlier review or on paperwork. They are the same company. Grace Property Maintenance is the legal name, and GPM Electrical is the name on the truck, the phone, and this website.
Nick won an individual state wrestling championship at his local high school, and anyone who has wrestled will tell you what that takes: early mornings, showing up when you do not feel like it, and finishing what you started. It is not a bad description of how he approaches an electrical job.
