Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 30, 2026.

These terms apply to gpmelectricaltn.com, the website of GPM Electrical, also known as Grace Property Maintenance (we, us, or our), a residential electrical business based in Greeneville, Tennessee. By using the site or sending us a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You can still call us at (423) 620-2283.

Information on this site

The articles, answers, and service descriptions on this site are general information about home electrical work in East Tennessee. They are not a diagnosis of your home, and they are not a replacement for a licensed electrician looking at your system in person. Every house is different, and what we find on site can change the right fix.

Electrical work can cause shock, fire, and serious injury. Nothing on this site is meant as instructions for doing electrical work yourself. If you see sparks, smell burning, or find a downed or damaged power line, stay clear and call 911 and your power company first.

Estimates and prices

Any price we mention on this site, over the phone, or in a message is an estimate based on what we know at the time. Some jobs can be priced over the phone, and larger ones may need a visit first. The price for your job is the one we agree with you before any work begins.

If we open a wall, panel, or meter base and find something neither of us could see before, such as damaged wiring, we will stop, explain what we found, and agree any change in price with you before we go further.

Requesting service

Sending our request form or leaving a message does not book an appointment or create a contract. It starts a conversation. We will get back to you to talk through the job, the price, and when we can do it. Scheduling depends on our workload, the weather, and parts. We offer same-day service when the schedule allows, but we cannot promise a time until we confirm it with you.

The details of the work itself, including the price, the scope, and any guarantee on our work, are what we agree with you for that job. If something we agree for your job differs from these website terms, the agreement for your job applies.

Permits and inspections

If your job requires an electrical permit and inspection, we pull the permit. Inspections are done by the state or local inspector on their own schedule, which can affect when a job is finished or when your power company can connect service.

Payment

We accept cash, check, or Cash App. When payment is due is part of what we agree with you for your job.

Photos and information you send

When you send us photos or details through the site, you confirm that you have the right to share them. Please do not include photos of people or documents with personal information. We use what you send only to look at your job and prepare an estimate, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

The reviews shown on our site come from our Google Business Profile and are the reviewers’ own words. Our site also links to other websites, such as Google and Facebook. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
