GPM Electrical, also known as Grace Property Maintenance (we, us, or our), is a residential electrical business based in Greeneville, Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit gpmelectricaltn.com, contact us, or request service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you fill out our request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), town, and the type of job you need, plus anything you choose to tell us about it. If you upload photos of a panel, outlet, or work area, we collect those too. When you call us, we may keep notes about the conversation, such as your name, address, and the work you asked for, so we can schedule and complete the job.
Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit, such as your device type, browser, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. We use Google Analytics and cookies for this (see Cookies and analytics below). If you tap a call or email link or send our request form, Google Analytics records that it happened, but not what you said on the call or wrote in the form.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business, for example with the service providers that host our website, handle our contact form, provide analytics (Google Analytics), or protect our forms from spam (Google reCAPTCHA). We may also share information where the law requires it or where a permit or inspection for your job requires it. Those providers may only use it to provide their service to us.

To understand traffic, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google. It sets cookies that tell us which pages people visit, roughly where visitors are (for example, the city), what kind of device and browser they use, how they found the site, and whether someone tapped a call or email link or sent our request form. It does not tell us your name or phone number, and we do not use it to show you ads. Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy. Our request forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell real visitors apart from automated spam. To do this, reCAPTCHA collects information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and how you use the page, and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Photos sent through our form are used only to look at your job and prepare an estimate. Please do not include photos of people or documents with personal information. We will not publish your photos or your project without asking you first.
We keep request details and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, handle billing, and meet legal or tax requirements, and then we delete or anonymize them.
We use reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, including secure hosting and limiting who can see it. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (423) 620-2283. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about a request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Our website is meant for adults who own or manage homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Our site may link to other websites, such as our Google Business Profile and our Facebook page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
